| Note: | Westburne Oil Company Limited was incorporated in Alberta in 1951. The company changed its name to Westburne Industries Ltd. in 1965. The company changed its name to United Westburne Industries Ltd. in 1967. All common shares (other than those already held by Westburne International Industries Ltd. and Dumez) were acquired by Dumez Investments I Inc. in 1987. In that same year, the company amalgamated with ten wholly owned subsidsiaries of Dumez Investments I Inc. and Westburne International Industries Ltd. to form United Westburne Inc. |
